The resistance stretching winding machine refers to the friction damping of the resistance stretching mechanism, so that the speed of the wrapping film is relatively slower than the rotation speed of the pallet cargo, and the wrapping film is pulled apart by its own weight. goods. The resistance stretching method requires the cargo to have a larger dead weight. Generally, more than 1 ton is required. If the weight is too light, the goods may not be able to pull the film, and may be pulled by the stretch film, resulting in inability to pack properly.
The resistance type stretch winding machine can adjust the damping to zero, that is, no stretching is required. Therefore, this machine has lower requirements for stretch film, and general stretch film can meet the requirements. The disadvantage is that lighter and taller goods cannot achieve stable packaging.
